REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At CTare, we understand the importance of a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange policy. We want our customers to feel confident about their purchases and know that their satisfaction is our priority. Our policy is designed to offer a hassle-free process for returns or exchanges, ensuring that our customers can shop with peace of mind.
 

At CTare, we ensure every product undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping and is packed securely to reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, we are here to assist you in finding a solution.

For minor issues, we can guide you through repairs via a call or video call, ensuring your product is fully functional. We also recognize that using equipment like telescopes can be challenging for beginners. If you’re having trouble setting up or operating your telescope, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to schedule a video call to help you get started.

 

Please review our return and refund policy below carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories, manuals, or warranty cards.
     

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at ctareshop@gmail.com or text us at +91 97696 55525 within the eligible return period. Include the following details:
 

  1. Your order number.

  2. Reason for the return.

  3. Photos of the product, packaging, and any damage (if applicable).
     

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us at our shop in Mulund, Mumbai.
 

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. 
     

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage. We will either replace the product or provide a refund after verification.
 

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products. If you need a replacement for the same item, contact us at ctareshop@gmail.com or +91 97696 55525.
