ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order with Ctare, you agree to our general terms and conditions of sale as outlined below.
PAYMENT TERMS

100% Advance Payment: Required for immediate dispatch orders via Cashfree Payment Gateway.

50% Advance Payment: Necessary to pre-book telescopes in advance. The remaining 50% is due once the telescope is back in stock and before dispatch from Mumbai.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
All items are subject to an additional 18% GST. Please note that GST is not claimable.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Shipping Methods: We dispatch small items via India Post, Delhivery, or private courier companies such as Professional Couriers, DTDC, and Tirupati Couriers. Our dispatch team will select the appropriate courier service based on the destination.

Customer-Arranged Shipping: Customers may opt to use their preferred courier service and arrange for self-pickup from our workshop.

Liability: Ctare is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party courier or postal services. Once a tracking ID is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment. If a package is returned to us for any reason, additional postage fees will apply for re-dispatch.

All items are in stock unless otherwise clearly specified on the Website.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Acceptance of orders from Government, Semi-Government, or Private Institutions against their purchase orders with specific terms and conditions will not be considered binding on us. All orders placed imply that the Buyer has accepted our general terms and conditions of sale stated herein, which will remain final.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to non-availability of materials or labor without liability for any loss or damage suffered by the buyer.

In case of faulty accessories, we also reserve the right to collect them back and replace them with another item.
DISPATCH IMMEDIATE
"Dispatch Immediate" means allowing 2 to 3 days for processing, packaging, and dispatch.
PACKAGE RECEIPT & CLAIM POLICY
To avoid any discrepancies or disputes, we suggest recording a video while receiving and opening the package.

The video must show the package from all sides before unboxing.

Record and confirm all items, including those packed in smaller boxes.

No cuts, edits, or interruptions in the video will be accepted.

The unboxing video must be made within 48 hours from the date/time of delivery.
-
For any claims of non-receipt or damaged items, this video proof is mandatory, without which we reserve the right to accept or deny your claim.
WARRANTY

We do not provide any guarantee or warranty on electronically driven telescopes.

Sophisticated GO-TO system telescopes are covered by the manufacturer's international warranty. In cases where repair is not possible locally, the product must be sent to the manufacturer’s service center abroad, with all international postage and freight costs borne by the customer.
GOVERNING LAW
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, India.
WORKING HOURS
Our operating hours are 10:30 A.M. to 8 P.M., open on all days.
